I've loved banquist so far, learning some fantastic tips and tricks from the videos and creating some amazing food!
Only issue I have had, is the cut of turbot I received was what I can only describe as an end piece. This piece didnt fit with the guidelines given in the video/instructions. (Give the michelin star chef a middle and end piece to cover both eventualities).
The family are really enjoying eating this high standard of food and I’ve learned lots of little tips and tricks while doing the cooking.
One area for improvement, please think about minimising food waste. If a recipe for 2 needs half a courgette, I understand why you send a whole one as it keeps better, but that doesn’t mean I need 2 courgettes for 3 or 4.

Flavours of food were amazing - it was a gift for my husband who loved it.
Discovered just how much flavour can be created with small volumes of spice (we usually use much more, but the flavour was as intense and nicely layered in these dishes)

Depends on the lesson! The videos are 30 mins long, but the cooking time can be up to 4 hours on the most difficult lessons.
Our boxes are insulated for 24 hours, so just stick it in the fridge when you get home.
