Lesson 1 - Franz Haas, Pinot Grigio 2019

Not your average Pinot Grigio; this Italian beauty is herbaceous, earthy, and sweet. Notes of lime blossom will pair wonderfully with the crab and chilli.

Lesson 2 - Massolino, Dolcetto d’Alba 2019

Northern Italy’s most iconic producer, Massolino’s Dolcetto is juicy, fresh, and fruity. Supremely drinkable, it’s the perfect Summer accompaniment to Theo’s rich wagyu ragu.

Lesson 3 - Villa Bucci, Verdicchio Classico Superiore 2019

A rare wine from the Bucci family’s old vines, this complicated white is layered with apples, almonds, and wildflowers. Will add so much complexity to Theo’s ravioli ai frutti di mare.

Lesson 4 - Antonella Corda, Cannonau di Sardegna 2019

A classic cannonau; aromas of cherries, raspberries, and blackberries will match up to the buttery veal and pancetta tortelli. There’s a spicy hint of white pepper which will season Theo’s porcini sauce.

Learning can be so fun!!

Really enjoying our pasta course with Theo Randall. The pasta has been melt in the mouth and the sauces delicious. We definitely have learned new techniques and it has been a fun event for a Friday night. Would really recommend the pairing wines too which have been great! Looking forward to the 3rd session tomorrow!!

I recently completed the pasta course with theo randall and it was amazing, it completely transformed my pasta making I've struggled for a couple of years to make pasta and my partner said if this doesn't work i should give up , but this course turned everything around i'm now making pasta a couple of times a week and she loves it, thank you so much would definitely recommend this course and the ingredients provided were amazing, will definitely look at other courses in the future, if you're thinking of learning to make pasta definitely pick this course thank you Jonny, Theo and Banquist

No, unfortunately we're unable to provide dietary alternatives - but we can advise on substitutions.

Don't worry, the ingredients will stay fresh for 3 days after delivery day.

Depends on the lesson! The videos are 30 mins long, but the cooking time can be up to 4 hours on the most difficult lessons.

Our boxes are insulated for 24 hours, so just stick it in the fridge when you get home.
