    Kadhai Murgh

    We start our journey in Punjab, cooking Chicken Kadhai Murgh, Courgette Masala, and Date Paratha. Sweet, fragrant, and spicy, this is the perfect introduction to Atul's killer cooking style.

    Keralan Sea Bass

    Onto Kerala with its long coastline and abundant spice gardens. Atul's spiced sea bass is fresh, sweet, and tangy from the tamarind. Paired with matta rice and coconut curry, this dish wows every time.

    Kashmiri Lamb

    We travel to Kashmir, where Rogan Josh is king. Kashmiri lamb is also legendary in India, so Atul pairs the two with a regional polenta cake. Colourful, punchy, umami...this dish lives long on the palette and longer in the memory.

    Rajasthani Venison

    Rajasthan; a vast untamed landscape full of wildlife and forestry. Atul's dish pays homage to the region's hunter gatherer routes, with Wild Fallow venison and a wild mushroom biryani. This is the ultimate test.

Doing Atul Kochhar’s Indian Fusion four week course with the recommended wine pairing. So far so great! Delicious recipes, learning some things and cookings things I wouldn’t ordinarily be confident to do and enjoying it!

Absolutely brilliant!

I’ve done a fair few of the menus, plus the pasta course and I’m currently doing the Indian course. Every one has been brilliant. 100% worth the money and a great way to learn how to cook like a pro plus a whole evening of entertainment and an outstanding meal!
I’ve also bought them for friends and family and everyone absolutely raves about it.
They also have the nicest customer service ever and every interaction is a pleasure.
I’m already excited for next week’s box!

No, unfortunately we're unable to provide dietary alternatives - but we can advise on substitutions.

Don't worry, the ingredients will stay fresh for 3 days after delivery day.

Depends on the lesson! The videos are 30 mins long, but the cooking time can be up to 4 hours on the most difficult lessons.

Our boxes are insulated for 24 hours, so just stick it in the fridge when you get home.
